Transferring files and folders:

Normally only two button clicks are required to transfer files or folders. All other inputs are optional.

1. To the right of the blue bar #1, select the overwrite mode of existing files on the receiver.

2. Next choose one of the three transfer options beside the blue bar #2.

 
First button of the Start group ‘duplicating path using the same drive letter’:  All selected files and folders will be transferred with exactly the same structure, i.e., 1 to 1. Example:  C:\ABC\DEF (sender) will be copied to C:\ABC\DEF (receiver).

Second button of the Start group ‘duplicating path ignoring the drive letter’: Similar behavior as the First button. The only difference is that the drive you want to copy the files at the receiver is the drive from where you have started the receiver. Example: sender C:\ABC\DEF, receiver E:\... will be copied to E:\ABC\DEF.

Third button of the Start group ‘ignoring basepath and driveletter’: Here Powercopy transfers exactly to the folder you have selected with the right mouse button (Powercopy -> receive here).
Example:

Sender: C:\ABC\DEF\<files_and_folders_to_be_transfered>
Selected at receiver: E:\RST\GHJ
result: - C:\ABC\DEF\<files_and_folders_to_be_transfered> will be copied to E:\RST\GHJ\<files_and_folders_to_be_transfered> .
